Our products are sold through leading home furnishing companies, specialty stores, and mass market retailers.  All of our items are custom tailored to meet the needs of each specific client and hit any price point.

For our customers we provide great customer service by our understanding of the retail process.  As former buyers, we know the needs that must be met and the importance of timelines.   We like to visit our customers in their offices to talk direct with them to find out their needs.  We also work to assist the customer in packaging solutions, merchandising enhancements and retail price point analysis.  Kroll Creations approaches each customer with the question “What would I do if I were a buyer?”

For our factories we work together in a partnership to make sure we are doing everything to maximize sales and reduce costs.   Our understanding of the United States retail market is a great asset in determine the appropriate assortment to offer.  We help develop a line with the factory that is right based on market trends and input from buyers.  Once orders are placed, we are very detail oriented in assisting the factory to understand all the requirements of a customer and walk them through each step to make sure there are no errors.  Quality control is also of high importance and we work to put specific systems in place to keep the make the best quality product.  Finally, we can leverage our resources across multiple factories to reduce costs for all of our suppliers.
